Our Office practice involves us in appraisals of various types of space: garden and low rise, mid-level structures, medical and other professional, and multiple building developments. In our Retail practice, we appraise neighborhood, strip and power centers; mixed use developments combining retail / office and other uses; supermarkets (anchor or stand alone); and convenience stores (with or without gas stations).
Industrial. Here, we offer you our solid expertise in appraisals of distribution centers, office / warehouses, food packaging and cold storage, most forms of light and heavy manufacturing, mini / self storage operations and truck terminals.
Residential. This area includes apartments from garden / low-rise combinations to multi-building complexes with 350 or more units, including those under Section 8 requirements. We will appraise a single apartment building to a multi-sited combination of complexes for a syndicated portfolio. We also like to work single family subdivisions -- regardless of their stage of development. And, we conduct appraisals of condominium complexes.
Redevelopment. We frequently work for government agencies to appraise improved and unimproved land slated for redevelopment under the aegis of public funding programs. We appraise single sites to multiple sites with 80 parcels or more.
