A History of Success In Real Estate Appraisals

In 1982, backed by over 10 years in the real estate appraisal profession, A. George (“George”) Zengel, MAI, established ZENGEL & Associates in Fresno, California. For the next 20 years, we generated superior appraisal and consulting work while we grew a client base in Northern and Central California.

In 2001, we joined forces with the specialty Gas Station / C-Store appraisal firm of Patrick D. McIntosh. With the merger, ZENGEL & Associates is the most experienced provider of Gas Station appraisals in Northern and Central California, having valued a total of over 1500 Gas Stations, and counting. We challenge any valuation firm in our Regional Service Area to match our wealth of skills and resources in this specialty practice.
